All orders are placed exclusively through our website moonstonefeminine.co.uk. Once your purchase is complete and payment is confirmed, your order will be prepared at our factory in Brazil within 3 business days.

2. Shipping to the United Kingdom:
After initial processing, your order is shipped via FedEx to the UK. The estimated delivery time is up to 15 business days from the FedEx dispatch.

3. Final Delivery:
When your package arrives at our UK distribution point, we carefully check each item before sending it via Royal Mail Next Day Delivery, with love, care, and a special gift.

4. Delays or Issues:
In case of any delays or issues with your order, we will contact you to keep you updated on your delivery status.

Return & Exchange Policy

1. Exchange Period:
You can request an exchange within 7 business days after receiving your order.

2. Shipping Costs:
